All plansNeed something changed? Just ask.

Send Firebolt what you need updated. We make the change in WordPress and trigger a static deploy. Simple.

What counts as a "deploy"?
A deploy is the act of converting your WordPress site to a static version and publishing it to the CDN. It's not the same as a content edit. One deploy can include as many content changes as you like — it's the publish event that counts against your allowance.
What's the difference between Lite and Standard?
Mainly deploy frequency, backup schedule, and support response time. Lite is for simple brochure sites that rarely change. Standard is for businesses actively using their site to generate leads and needing faster turnaround on updates and support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no paperwork.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for new Firebolt hosting plans. If your site requires significant migration work before it can be converted to static, that migration time may be billed at the content editing rate — but we'll always discuss this upfront.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. No cancellation fees. Annual plans are not refunded on cancellation, but you keep service through the end of your paid period. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
What if my site gets a lot of traffic?
Static sites handle traffic surges extremely well — there's no database to overload. Netlify's free tier covers 100 GB/month of bandwidth, which is more than enough for most small business sites. High-traffic sites on Pro use Bunny CDN, which scales automatically at very low per-GB cost.
Why is content editing billed separately?
Because most clients don't need the same amount of editing help. Bundling editing into a flat monthly fee means some clients subsidize others. This way you pay only for what you use — and if you add the WordPress access add-on, you can make simple edits yourself at no extra charge.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
If you're managing multiple sites through Firebolt, reach out directly. Multi-site arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis — there's no published bundle pricing yet, but it's worth a conversation.
